Who Is She? have shared another early single from their new album.
Shania serves as the final taster of 'Goddess Energy', due out this Friday (August 25). Bright, playful and propelled by a jangly indie-rock guitar melody, it was written as a response to Shania Twain's 1998 hit single That Don’t Impress Me Much. The band said:
"This is a response song to Shania Twain’s 1998 banger That Don’t Impress Me Much. As we would all be pretty impressed if someone had a car or was a rocket scientist, it made us wonder: Shania, how could we impress you?"
The Seattle supergroup, which features Robin Edwards of Lisa Prank, Bree Mckenna and Emily Nokes of Tacocat, and Julia Shapiro of Chastity Belt, previously teased the record with the tracks My My Orca Card, Thursday, MoviePass, and 96 Ghouls.
