Twin Atlantic are back with a new single called Stuck In A Car With You.
The fast-paced, guitar-led rocker marks the start of a new era for the Glasgow band, who return after a busy summer of festival appearances and dates supporting stadium rock giants Muse. It's also their debut release through their own label, Staple Diet.
Co-produced by frontman Sam McTrusty and bassist Ross McNae, with mixing by Welsh producer Romesh Dodangoda, the anthemic song draws on influences from the likes of Bruce Springsteen and Blink-182. Frontman Sam McTrusty said:
"Stuck In A Car with You marks the beginning of a new chapter for Twin Atlantic. Having our friend Romesh Dodangoda involved from the inception has been a full circle, satisfying moment. We worked together on our first EP and always knew we’d do another project. He’s been a mentor to our band on all things audio production and studio building for years, so to have him besides us on this song and be a part of the Twin Atlantic story is so special to us."
The band are currently in the studio working on new music ahead of a UK tour this winter. Tickets are on sale.
Their most recent album came in the form of 2022's 'Transparency'.
