Danny Brown Announces First Solo Album In Four Years 'Quaranta' With Lead Single Tantor

Danny Brown has officially announced his first new solo album in four years.
'Quaranta', which means 40 in Italian, will arrive digitally through Warp Records on November 17, following up 2019's 'Uknowhatimsayin¿'. Having teased the record for years, the Detroit rapper described the project as a "spiritual bookend" to 2011's 'XXX' and his "most fully realised offering yet."
It'll feature guest appearances from MIKE, Kassa Overall, and Bruiser Wolf, with production from SKYWLKR, The Alchemist, Quelle Chris, Paul White and the Bruiser Brigade crew.
Head below to view the dense yet punchy lead single, Tantor, which is anchored by a looping rock guitar sample produced by The Alchemist. It comes paired with a video directed by *UNCANNY.
The news follows Brown's collaborative LP with JPEGMAFIA, 'Scaring The Hoes', which arrived back in March.
Brown will play London's Village Underground on December 4, ahead of dates in Brooklyn and Los Angeles. Tickets for his new UK show go on general sale at 10am on Friday (October 20).
He's also confirmed his 10th Bruiser Thanksgiving celebration in Detroit for November 22.
