Blossoms have announced the biggest headline show of their career to date.
The Stockport five-piece will perform a massive homecoming concert within the grounds of Manchester's Wythenshawe Park on August 25.
Support will come from Inhaler, Shed Seven, The K’s, Seb Lowe and TTRRUUCES, led by Findlay, who collaborated with the band on their new single To Do List (After The Breakup). Tickets go on general sale at 10am on November 10.
Blossoms will follow in the footsteps of Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, who played the first show at Wythenshawe Park in August. Blossoms vocalist Tom Ogden said:
"Headlining our biggest show yet at Wythenshawe Park is going to be THE moment of our career so far for us. It makes me think of me and Joe going to watch Oasis and The Stone Roses at Heaton Park back when we were teenagers, and how important these big summer Manchester shows are to people.
"It made us want to be in a band, affected what we wore and changed our lives forever. To misquote Dorothy, 'Lads, I've a feeling we're not on Oldham Street anymore!'"
Blossoms will support Inhaler in Dublin on November 11, and Tom Grennan at his huge London show at Gunnersbury Park in August 2024.
They'll also appear at Darker Waves Festival in California on November 18, following two headline shows in Los Angeles.
Their most recent album, 'Ribbon Around The Bomb', was released in 2022.
