Sheryl Crow has announced a new studio album.
'Evolution' is due out through The Valory Music Group on March 29, following up 2019's 'Threads' and 'Sheryl: Music From The Feature Documentary', a companion soundtrack to her 2022 documentary Sheryl.
Produced by Mike Elizondo, the new record comprises nine tracks, including the newly shared lead single Alarm Clock, a catchy rock offering that was co-written by Crow with Elizondo and Emily Weisband.
The Grammy Award-winner revealed details of the project last night (November 2) on NBC's Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, with the news coming as a surprise, since she previously claimed that 'Threads' would be her last LP.
Crow is set to perform with Olivia Rodrigo tonight (November 3) at the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
She'll also support Chris Stapleton at the country superstar's shows in Seattle on July 27 as part his ongoing All-American Road Show Tour, before two dates opening for Zach Bryan in Atlanta in August.
