Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson Plots UK And European Dates For The Mandrake Project Tour

Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson has announced the European leg of The Mandrake Project Live Tour for spring 2024.
The UK dates will take place in Glasgow, Manchester, Swansea, Nottingham and London between May 18 and 24, before the 65-year-old heads off across the continent for a mix of headline shows and festival appearances. Tickets go on general sale at 10am GMT/ 11am CET on Friday (November 10).
The trek shares its name with Dickinson's new solo LP and comic book series, which are expected in early 2024 via BMG. Alongside the dates, the vocalist has shared details of the record's lead single, Afterglow Of Ragnarok, which will be released as a collectable 7" vinyl on December 1. Announcing it, he said:
"It was important to set the tone of the project with this track. As befitting its title, it's a heavy song and there’s a great big riff driving it… but there’s also a real melody in the chorus that displays the light and shade that the rest of the album brings… and just wait until you see the video!"
Dickinson already has a run of solo dates in Mexico and South America scheduled for 2024, with more shows around the world to be confirmed in due course.
Iron Maiden, meanwhile, will take The Future Past Tour to Australia, New Zealand and Japan in September, with a North American leg following in October and November.
