Laura Jane Grace Announces New Album 'Hole In My Head', Shares Title Track

Laura Jane Grace has a new album on the way.
'Hole In My Head' will arrive through Big Scary Monsters on February 16, marking the Against Me! leader's first body of work since 2021's 'At War With The Silverfish' EP.
Recorded with producer and engineer David Beeman at Native Sound in St. Louis, with mixing by Matt Allison, it'll include the singer-songwriter's October single Dysphoria Hoodie and the newly shared title track.
The effervescent opening number offers shouty, power-pop energy through driving guitars, and arrives with an accompanying video directed by actor and photographer Gilbert Trejo (yes, he's the son of actor Danny Trejo).
Grace has headline shows lined up in the Midwest for late December and early January, along with another round of US dates in March with support from Thelma and The Sleaze, and Dikembe. The musician will also perform in Greece for the first time, with shows scheduled in both Athens and Thessaloniki in January.
The singer-songwriter's last solo album, 'Stay Alive', was released in 2020. It followed the 'Bought To Rot' LP with the Devouring Mothers, while Against Me!'s last record was 2016's 'Shape Shift With Me'.
