Rufus Wainwright Confirmed As Third Headliner For Black Deer Festival

Black Deer Festival of Americana has revealed a third wave of acts for its 2024 line-up.
Leading the latest announcement is Rufus Wainwright, who will headline on the Sunday, following Joe Bonamassa and Sheryl Crow, who top the bill on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
Other new names include Jade Bird, Rosanne Cash and John Leventhal, Brennen Leigh and Joshua Hedley, and When Rivers Meet.
They join the previously confirmed acts including BC Camplight, Damian Lewis, The Delines, Jalen Ngonda, The Staves, Ward Thomas, Alyssa Bonagura, Seasick Steve, Hermanos Gutiérrez, The Shires, Courtney Barnett, Michele Stodart, Prima Queen and many more.
Elsewhere on the Wester AF Takeover stage, there will be sets from Kristina Murray, Todd Day Wait and Pat Reedy. There will also be performances from Dylan Leblanc, Texan storyteller Jarrod Dickenson, Alyssa Bonagura, Icelandic musician Arny Margret, Nat Myers, Zandi Holup and Henry Webb-Jenkins.
The festival will return to Kent's Eridge Park to celebrate its fifth anniversary in June.
Last year, the event saw sets from Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, The Pretenders, Bonnie Raitt, CMAT, Bear's Den, Richard Hawley, and Kurt Vile and The Violators, among many others. Head below for the latest line-up news.

Who? Joe Bonamassa will top the bill on Friday, with Sheryl Crow headlining on the Saturday, and new headliner Rufus Wainwright closing the festival on Sunday.

There will also be sets from rising acts such as Dylan Gossett, Divorce, Michele Stodart, Prima Queen, and Lana Del Ray collaborator Holly Macve, while the festival’s Western AF Takeover will feature Kristina Murray, Todd Day Wait and Pat Reedy.
