MGMT have unveiled a video for their new single, Bubblegum Dog.
The grungy, acoustic track will appear on the band's new album, 'Loss Of Life', due out on February 23 via Mom + Pop Music. The visual, meanwhile, finds Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser tipping their hats to '90s alternative rock.
Referencing classic '90s videos such as Pearl Jam's Jeremy, The Smashing Pumpkins' Today, Alice In Chains' episode of MTV Unplugged and Soundgarden's Black Hole Sun, the clip was directed by Julia Vickerman and The Best Show co-host Tom Scharpling.
The song serves as the second preview of the duo's fifth album, following the previously shared first single, Mother Nature.
