Offering bright, sun-drenched production from Starrah and Tommy Brown, the R&B bop is inspired by the former Fifth Harmony singer's home state Texas and serves as the latest taster of her debut album, 'Dopamine', out on June 14 via RCA Records.
The track follows on from her April slow jam, 1:59 featuring Atlanta rapper Gunna. She said:
"I really wanted to create a record that allowed me to show my personality. I think that people think I’m so serious, which is the complete opposite [of me]. Anybody that knows me knows that I’m really funny. I’m a goofball! I love to twerk. I’m regular. I really wanted to create a record that encompassed that and allowed my personality to shine."
Earlier in the year, Normani took to Instagram to reveal the LP's cover art, though further details including a tracklist are still to be revealed.
