BTS' Jimin has released a new solo single, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band.

Fusing hip hop elements with quirky, big band orchestral production, the dynamic track features a verse from South Korean rapper Loco. Loosely influenced by The Beatles' 1967 album 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band', the song arrives accompanied by a whimsical video that sees Jimin performing in a fairytale woodland setting.

Following on from last December's single Closer Than This, it serves as the second preview of the K-pop idol's second solo album, 'Muse', due out on July 19 at 9pm BST/1pm KST. He released his debut solo record, 'Face', in 2023.

Jimin is currently serving his mandatory military duty in South Korea, which he started in December. A few of the BTS members have pursued various solo projects amid their service, with the group planning to return in 2025.
