King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard have announced their 26th studio album.
Spanning 10 new songs, 'Flight b741' will arrive through the prolific Australian band's own p(doom) Records on August 9, following up 2023's 'The Silver Cord'. Ahead of its release, the first single will arrive next Tuesday (July 9).
In a post on social media, frontman Stu Mackenzie wrote: "Been working real hard on this one. So excited for you all to hear it! Thanks for flying. Love, stu xo"
King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard have a North American tour scheduled for August, September and November, which includes a number of three-hour "marathon" shows lined up at different venues. They also have a European residency tour lined up for 2025 with multiple nights confirmed in select cities. Tickets are on sale now.
