ARXX Announce Second Album 'Good Boy', Share Title Track

ARXX will release their second album this autumn.
The follow-up to their 2023 debut, 'Ride Or Die', is called 'Good Boy' and will arrive on October 4 through Submarine Cat Records. Vocalist-guitarist Hanni Pidduck said:
“This album is queer in its very nature; everything about it is queer and you can’t get away from it. The songs are very personal, and a celebration of being who you want to be in whatever way that manifests, and being fucking honest about it. By the time you get to your thirties, you think you should know yourself by now. But actually, you continue to learn about yourself the entire time.”
The Brighton duo, completed by drummer Clara Townsend, wrote and recorded the album in their home city with longtime collaborator Steve Ansell of Blood Red Shoes.
As a preview they've shared the title track, which effortlessly fuses elements of dance, pop and rock to create an instant earworm. Watch its dog-filled video below. It follows the record's previously shared single, Crying In The Carwash.
ARXX still have a number of festival appearances lined up for the summer, including Reading and Leeds in August. Following that, they'll support their new record with a headline UK and European tour this autumn, tickets for which are already on sale.
