Jane's Addiction Share First Song With Classic Line-Up In 34 Years

The original line-up of Jane's Addiction have reunited for a new single.
Recorded at Sweetzwerland Studios in Hollywood, California, Imminent Redemption marks the first single from the alt-rock legends — vocalist Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins and bassist Eric Avery — in 34 years.
Anchored by a rumbling bassline, the psychedelic, groove-driven rock track follows the band's Summer run of European gigs, their first together in 14 years. They'll also embark on a North American tour in August. They said:
"It is different this time. To have everyone back together, releasing new music. It’s time. Welcome to the next chapter of Jane’s Addiction. Imminent Redemption is only the beginning."
Jane's Addiction's last studio album was 2011's 'The Great Escape Artist', though prior to the new song the original line-up had not recorded together since 1990's 'Ritual de lo Habitual'.
