Soccer Mommy, aka Sophie Allison, has announced her fourth studio album.
The follow-up to 2022's 'Sometimes, Forever' is called 'Evergreen' and will arrive on October 25 via Loma Vista Recordings.
The Nashville musician worked on the project alongside producer Ben H. Allen III at Atlanta's Maze Studios in the wake of a particularly painful loss in her personal life, resulting in a more organic sound, with raw, honest and contemplative songwriting.
Alongside the announcement, the singer has shared the wistful track M, which unfurls over both acoustic and electric guitars and atmospheric textures. It follows her June single Lost in previewing the LP.
Allison will play All Things Go festival in New York and Maryland in September, and Levitation festival in Austin, Texas in November.
'Evergreen' tracklist:
1. Lost
2. M
3. Driver
4. Some Sunny Day
5. Changes
6. Abigail
7. Thinking of You
8. Dreaming of Falling
9. Salt In Wound
10. Anchor
11. Evergreen
