The Waeve have dropped another single from their upcoming second album.
Broken Boys serves as the third preview of the James Ford-produced 'City Lights', due out on September 20. Offering elements of industrial and electronic music, with Rose Elinor Dougall's melodic vocals underpinned by Graham Coxon's driving guitar, the Cabaret Voltaire-esque offering follows on from the record's previously unveiled cuts, You Saw and the title track.
The duo have also launched a new performance film series, City Lights Sessions, which captures each song on the LP in an intimate studio setting. Check out the first three singles from 'City Lights' here, with the remaining seven songs to be unveiled in due course.
Following a busy summer schedule, the pair will support the LP with a series of Rough Trade in-store shows around its release week. Head here for details. They'll then play their biggest headline show to date at Village Underground, London on October 29. Tickets are on sale now.
