Jet Return With First Single In 15 Years Hurry Hurry

Jet have released their first single in 15 years.
Hurry Hurry and b-side Un'avventura arrive after the Australian rockers revealed earlier this year that they were working on a new album, the follow-up to 2009's 'Shaka Rock', which is expected in 2025.
The former is a gritty, groove-led rocker, while the latter finds vocalist-guitarist Nic Cester singing in both English and Italian, having lived in Italy for the past 15 years. He said:
"Hurry Hurry is our first single in 15 years and a little appetizer while we continue to work on our upcoming album. We’ve been playing Hurry Hurry live with a great response from our fans in Australia, we’re really looking forward to debuting it live at our overseas shows in Italy, the UK and the US."
The band have been busy touring Down Under in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their 2003 debut album, 'Get Born', which sold over six million units worldwide and includes the group's most popular song, Are You Gonna Be My Girl.
They'll return to Europe later this month, and play shows in Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol and London between October 3 and 12, followed by a run of US shows later that month. Tickets are on sale now.
