Silverstein have announced UK and European shows for 2025.
The Canadian rockers will take their 25 Years Of Noise Tour to Manchester's O2 Ritz and London's O2 Forum Kentish Town on February 28 and March 1, respectively, before heading to Europe for gigs in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
Support on the run will come from Thursday, The Callous Daoboys and BLOOM. Speaking of the trek, singer Shane Told said:
"We’re finally going back on tour! And it’s a huge one! We are celebrating 25 years of Silverstein with our good friends Thursday supporting us. It’s not to be missed, we are pulling out all the stops and you can count on this to be the most elaborate set we’ve ever done!
"With so much brand new music coming out in 2025 it’s an exciting time for us, but this will be an epic commemoration of our entire career, from our first album to our latest, and all of the eras in between."
Tickets for all dates go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (September 13).
In late August, the emo veterans shared the single Skin & Bones, which presents a vulnerable moment through impassioned vocals, melodic verses and anthemic choruses. It's the first taster of their 11th studio album, whch is due out next year. Told explained:
"Skin & Bones is a deeply emotional song, written about the sudden loss of a person who was once very close to me. Every day we’re stuck in our own heads worrying about trivial things and never thinking about just how fragile we are. Life can be gone in an instant. I lost one of the greatest people I ever knew."
"Recording out in Joshua Tree, in the middle of the desert, made it feel like we were starting with a totally blank canvas," he continued. "Without external distractions, I found myself turning my attention inward. How did I really feel? What did I really want to say about it? And once I found that, the performance just poured out of me. Talking, singing, yelling, screaming…it’s all raw emotion in this track."
Drummer Paul Koehler added: "Earlier this year we ventured out to Joshua Tree, hiding away for several weeks and working intensely on our first batch of new music in three years. Skin & Bones is packed with heavy emotions and is the first glimpse of what formed in those sessions."
Silverstein's most recent album is 2022's 'Misery Made Me'.
NEW // YES! The mighty @silverstein will celebrate 25 Years Of Noise with a Euro Tour early next year, including stops in London and Manchester.
