Metallica Extend M72 World Tour With 2025 North American Dates

Metallica have added another round of North American shows to their record-breaking M72 World Tour.
The thrash metal icons have scheduled 21 shows spanning April, May, and June 2025, with the run set to commence on April 12 at Las Vegas festival Sick New World and wrap up in Denver, Colorado on June 29.
The trek comprises a number of No Repeat Weekend dates, which sees the band playing two dates in the same city, as has been the tradition on previous legs. However, in a new twist, the new run features several One Night Only shows with the tour's full production. Metallica will also play a No Repeat Weekend headline sets at Sonic Temple in Columbus, Ohio on May 9 and 11.
The band will be joined by Pantera, Limp Bizkit, Suicidal Tendencies and Ice Nine Kills on various dates. Check out the poster below to see who is performing where. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time next Friday (September 27).
Metallica, who are currently touring Mexico, have also confirmed they'll return to Australia and New Zealand in 2025, with details including dates and venues to be confirmed soon.
They'll also play a huge charity show and auction at Los Angeles' YouTube Theater on December 13, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and raising money for their All Within My Hands foundation.
