Kelsea Ballerini has dropped a new song, Two Things.

The heartfelt, acoustic ballad serves as the latest preview of the Tennessee country artist's fifth studio album, 'Patterns', due out on October 25 via Black River Entertainment.

The track's accompanying P. Tracy-directed video was shot on location in New York and premieres on YouTube at 5pm CST/11pm BST today (September 20).

"I’ve learned it’s in the nuance of real love, said Ballerini, "you can’t understand how incredibly angry or hurt someone can make you, while at the same time, the ability to forgive and move towards healing that can be present. And that is a reality that goes both ways, too. You can also make someone so angry or hurt, and they can find forgiveness and desire in the midst of it."

She continued: "This song embodies the intensity of a crossroads moment in a relationship, it’s full of duality and mixed emotions. I love that Patrick [Tracy] felt that, too, and created a palette and action that is more low impact but represents all of those feelings. Plus, who doesn’t want to sit in a sunflower field in the middle of New York?!"

The singer-songwriter previously teased the record with the single Sorry Mom, and a duet with Noah Kahan, Cowboys Cry Too

Ballerini's latest studio album is 2022's 'Subject To Change', which was followed by last year's 'Rolling Up The Welcome Mat' EP. She'll celebrate the new LP with a special performance at New York's Madison Square Garden on October 29.
