Offering bold and soulful production, the uplifting pop track serves as the third preview of Rory Graham's new album, 'What Do You Believe In?', due out on October 18.
Penned alongside Grammy-winning songwriter James Fauntleroy, it follows on from Rush Of Blood and the title track in previewing the successor to 2021's 'Life By Misadventure'. Graham said:
"It’s about someone who’s really got your back. If me and my missus go out, she’ll look at me and we’ll know it’s time to leave. I get uncomfortable in social situations, and it’s nice to have someone who knows you well enough that they can give you the excuse to leave. Pocket is a similar thing, really. It's about a love that can physically and metaphorically pull you out of discomfort."
The singer-songwriter will support the record with a previously scheduled UK and European tour in November, following album launch gigs in Leeds and Kingston later this month. Tickets are on sale now.
