BTS' Jin has announced his first solo album.
Titled 'Happy', the six-track project will arrive on November 15, two years since the release of the superstar's 2022 single The Astronaut, co-written by Coldplay's Chris Martin. More recently, he unveiled the full version of his viral hit Super Tuna, an extended rendition of the original track released in 2021.
According to a press release: "Happy is a genuine, heart-warming gesture that invites listeners to join him on a journey to find happiness, offering them a sense of strength and comfort in their day-to-day lives."
Jin is the first member of BTS to complete his mandatory military duty in South Korea. In June, he made his first official appearance since his discharge at 2024 Festa, the annual event that celebrates BTS' debut anniversary. He also served as a torchbearer for the summer Olympics in Paris.
A few of the BTS members have pursued various solo projects amid their service, with the K-Pop icons planning to return in 2025.
