Sam Fender Shares Title Track Of Upcoming Album 'People Watching'

Sam Fender has released a new single, People Watching.
It's the title track of his new album, which is due for release on February 21, and offers up his distinctive and danceable take on heartland rock that belies its heartbreaking lyrics: "And the beauty of youth had left my breaking heart, But it wasn't hard when you love someone, Oh I stayed all night till you left this life cos that's just love."
Explaining the inspiration behind the track when teasing it on Instagram, he said it's about, "somebody that was like a surrogate mother to me."
Fender will preview his new record during his People Watching Tour of the UK and Ireland this December, with the European leg following in March. £1 from every ticket sold for the UK dates will be donated to the Music Venue Trust in support of grassroots venues. Tickets are on sale now.
