Sparks To Support New Album 'MAD!' With Summer UK and European Tour

Sparks have announced a new album and tour.
Brothers Ron and Russell Mael have revealed the follow-up to 2023's 'The Girl Is Crying In Her Latte' is called 'MAD!' and will arrive this year via Transgressive Records, their new label home, though an exact release date has not been confirmed.
They have, however, shared a preview in the form of new single Do Things My Own Way, a manifesto of sorts for the band which delivers their unique, urgent energy and genre-melding soundscapes. “Our mantra since 1972, amplified in 2025,” said the duo about the new material.
Ron and Russell will support their new record with four shows in Japan between June 8 and 13, then head to the UK for performances in London, Manchester and Glasgow between June 18 and 24. The European run will follow and concludes in Milan, Italy on July 8.
Tickets for the UK and Europe go on general sale from 9am GMT on February 7. Tickets for Japan go on sale on February 22.
