Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR have announced a collaborative album.
'$ome $exy $ongs 4 U' will arrive next Friday on Valentine's Day, February 14, having been teased by the frequent collaborators since last August, when Drake (pictured) referred to the project during a show in his hometown Toronto. Talking to fans, he said:
"On behalf of me and Party, we’ve been working on something for y’all. So, you get the summer over with, you do what you need to do. I know all you girls are outside. When it gets a little chilly, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake album will be waiting right there for you."
More recently, the Canadian superstar teased the release on social media, sharing a clip that features three women in a karaoke room. Take a look below.
The announcement arrives ahead of Drake's The Anita Max Win Tour of Australia and New Zealand, which runs between February 4 and March 16. It follows his It’s All A Blur Tour and the extension It's All A Blur Tour - Big As The What?, which ran during 2023 and 2024 across North America.
The rapper's most recent album is 2023's 'For All The Dogs', and the subsequent extended 'Scary Hours Edition'. Since then, he's featured on other artist's tracks and released standalone singles, the latest being No Face in August 2024.
PARTYNEXTDOOR's latest album is 2024's 'PARTYNEXTDOOR 4 (P4)', which he supported with the Sorry I'm Outside Tour in North America, Europe and the UK last summer and autumn.
