Refused have announced their final tour dates in the UK and Europe.
The new shows will follow their previously confirmed spring North American leg of their farewell tour, billed as Refused Are F**cking Dead, And This Time They Really Mean It, which continues at the Ogden Theatre in Denver, Colorado tomorrow (April 1).
First, they will play German gigs in Berlin, Frankfurt and Hamburg in June, and Biarritz, France and Zurich, Switzerland in July. Between October 1 and 11, they have also lined up shows in Glasgow, Manchester, London, Dublin, Paris, Lille and Leipzig. Tickets go on general sale at 9am BST/10am CEST on April 4.
Last September the Swedish band announced they were calling it a day. At the time, their drummer David Sandström posted a statement to their social media accounts, which revealed they had begun farewell plans earlier in 2024, but things were derailed when singer Dennis Lyxzén suffered a heart attack that summer
Refused formed back in the early '90s and have put out five albums to date, the latest being 2019's 'War Music', though the band are best known for 1998's 'The Shape of Punk to Come', after which they split for the first time. They reunited in 2012 and released two more albums, and some EPs, the latest of the latter being 2020's 'The Malignant Fire'.
