The Hives have announced their seventh studio album.
The follow-up to 2023's 'The Death Of Randy Fitzsimmons' is titled 'The Hives Forever Forever The Hives' and will arrive on August 29 via Play It Again Sam.
Co-produced by Beastie Boys' Mike D and Pelle Gunnerfeldt, who has previously worked with Viagra Boys, Yung Lean and Elvira, the record also features contributions from Josh Homme of Queens Of The Stone Age.
As a preview, the Swedish rockers have shared the first single from the album, Enough Is Enough, which offers their signature energised garage-punk sound. Head below to view the accompanying video, directed by Stephen Ellis. The band said:
"Who in their right mind would start a song like this? No one but The Hives. They are here again sooner than you expected and they have had enough of everyone at this point. Hence the title. Dig? Dig."

Tickets for the Australian shows go on general sale at 12pm local time on April 10. Tickets for the North American, European and UK gigs go on general sale at 10am local time on April 11.
