Crystal Castles Announce Intimate World Tour To Debut New Material

Crystal Castles gear up for a huge year ahead of them with a limited edition 12" release of their new track, ‘Doe Deer’. Typically abrasive and sonically arresting it sees the duo in their most raw format.
Produced by Crystal Castles’ Ethan Kath, ‘Doe Deer’ is an abruptly to-the-point one minute thirty seven riot of brutally modernist, white noise punk power.
The EP also includes 3 bonus songs of pure guitar-noise which are some of the first ever Crystal Castles tracks, recorded a year before the band added electronics to their sound.
The 12" is released Apr 17th through Fiction Records/Lies Records for Record Store Day, and will be available exclusively via participating stores worldwide.
With Myspace, Last FM and Spotify plays now past 50 million and on a par with Lady Gaga, Muse and Green Day, Crystal Castles are unquestionably the biggest underground band in the world.
Their groundbreaking debut album, intense live shows, hardcore punk ethic and total lack of compromise has won them a legion of dedicated fans the world over.
Their second album is now finished and will be ready for release in June. Further details to follow.
The band will be debuting new material at a series of low key dates across the globe.
