KT Tunstall Returns in 2010 with New Album, Tour Dates & Tickets

Brit award winning Scottish songstress KT Tunstall is set to make her long-awaited return later this year with her new album 'Tiger Suit' and a series of UK tour dates.

Emerging with a bang in 2004, Kate Tunstall created waves of excitement with an astounding solo performance of 'Black Horse and the Cherry Tree' on Later... With Jools Holland. The singer-songwriter went on to enjoy commercial success with her brilliant debut album 'Eye to the Telescope'.

In the Chinese Year of the Tiger, Tunstall will release her third studio album, 'Tiger Suit' on September 20th 2010 and to announce her spectacular return the star will also perform a few low key shows, her first UK shows since 2008.

KT Tunstall said: "I had an amazing three weeks recording in Hansa in Berlin in January and am finishing it all off in London."

"I am still very much alive and have every music-making limb and muscle working in my laboratory of fierce-new-album-ness."

KT Tunstall will perform the following low-key Scottish shows in August with a full UK arena tour for the winter expected to be announced in due course.

Joining her on the 'Tiger Suit' touring duties will be Charlotte Hatherley on lead guitar, Rej Ap Gwynedd, Luke Bullen and Kenny Dickenson.

WED 04/08/2010 - Sabhal Mor Ostaig, Sleat
THU 05/08/2010 - An Tobar, Tobermory
MON 09/08/2010 - Kirkwall Arts Theatre, Orkney Islands
