Musical Comic Tim Minchin Confirms Biggest Tour To Date & Tickets

Comedian, actor, composer and musician – it seems Tim Minchin’s list of talents is pretty extensive! So brace yourselves people, the entertainer has a new UK tour on the horizon.
Playing like an angel and singing like a rock star, the talented Minchin will be taking his biggest live show yet to seven of the biggest arenas in England this December. As well as the English dates, the multi-talented star will be taking his show up north to play two arenas in Scotland's Glasgow and Aberdeen in April next year.
This tour will mark the first time that the Australian musical comedian has played arena-sized venues and accompanying Minchin on the tour will be a massive 55-piece orchestra helping to perform “brand new songs as well as those much loved Minchin classics as you’ve never heard them before”.
Tim Minchin is currently writing the music and lyrics for the Royal Shakespeare Company’s brand new musical version of Roald Dahl’s ‘Matilda’. The comic is also featuring in his first radio sitcom ‘Strings’, which is being broadcast on BBC Radio 2.
Tim Minchin’s tour kicks-off at Birmingham’s NIA on December 8th and will then roll through venues in Newcastle, Brighton, London, Cardiff and Manchester before closing in Nottingham.
