The Gaslight Anthem Announce Details Of New Autumn UK Tour & Tickets

Whilst currently in the middle of a UK tour, it seems that The Gaslight Anthem are getting pretty fond of their UK audiences following news of the band confirming another UK tour set for autumn this year.
Hailing from stateside New Jersey The Gaslight Anthem released their much-loved album ‘The 59 Sound’ two years ago in 2008. At first, the band received very little interest but after playing tour after tour and appealing to the blue-collar music loving crowd, the group built up a strong fan base.
Citing as an inspiration and sounding very similar to US rock legend Bruce Springsteen, The Gaslight Anthem were chosen by The Boss himself to support him and his E Street Band on his British tour. After a hugely succesful tour with The Boss, word-of-mouth catapulted The Gaslight Anthem’s album ‘The 59 Sound’ into the Top Ten of the UK album charts.
This year the group return with their follow-up album ‘American Slang’ which has received some warm reviews. Now In the middle of promoting the new album across the UK, The Gaslight Anthem are enjoying the success of the new album and have announced a new UK tour set for autumn later this year.
