Continents is British hardcore/metal band from South Wales, consisting of vocalist Phil Cross, guitar player Darrly Sweet, Rhys Griffiths on guitar and backing vocals, bass player Dom Turner and drummer Duncan ‘Ken’ Hamill.
Forming in 2010, the band signed to Victory Records in 2012, and released their debut in, ‘Idle Hands’ in 2013. They followed this up with 2015’s, ‘Reprisal’. The band have toured with acts such as The Ghost Inside, Emmure, Comeback Kid, Defeater and All Shall Perish, as well as headlining their own tours in the UK and around the world.
