Curtis Stigers is an American jazz vocalist, saxophonist, guitarist, and songwriter hailing from Boise, Idaho. Born in 1965, he became one of the most popular and successful contemporary acts of modern day, achieving a number of hits around the break of the 90s, including his Top 5 single I Wonder Why.
A talented saxophonist and guitarist as well as singer-songwriter, he would earn a deal with Arista in the early 90s that would help launch his multi-platinum self-titled debut album - since then, he’s gone on to sign for Concord and continues to do his thing to this day. 2014 saw his 11th studio album ‘Hooray for Love’ hitting shelves - followed by 'One More for the Road' with the Danish Radio Big Band, released in 2017.
