David Arnold is a composer and musician from Luton.

Today one of the world's most renowned and decorated composers in film, his big break came after being invited to score a short film made by director Danny Cannon – a friend that he had met during sixth form college.

Since then, Arnold has gone on to become one of the most popular film scorers around, having created music for films like Godzilla, Independence Day, Zoolander, Stargate and five James Bond films, receiving a Grammy, an Emmy and two Ivor Novello Awards for his work.
