EMF are an alt-rock band from Gloucestershire.
Formed in 1989, the band received huge amounts of success, with their first single Unbelievable reaching #3 on the UK Official Singles Chart and #1 in the USA. They released three studio albums together before going on hiatus in 1997. The members worked on other projects throughout this time, also reuniting for one-off shows sporadically, before officially ending the hiatus in 2012. In 2022, they released their first album in 27 years, ‘Go Go Sapiens’, which they followed with 'The Beauty And The Chaos' in 2024. EMF have announced a string of UK shows lined up for May 2025.
