Exile is an American rock band based in Richmond, Kentucky. Originally formed as The Exiles back in 1963 by JP Pennington, they would start out touring as support for bigger rock bands, before becoming Exile in 1973, and taking their career to the next level.
Through the years, Exile has gone through a number of line-up changes and variations of their style, with a country rock version of the band becoming one of the most popular. Currently consisting of Pennington alongside Les Taylor, Sonny LeMaire, Marlon Hargis, and Steve Goetzman, they're still performing to this day - catch them touring the US on the No Limit Tour in 2018.
