Family are an English rock band hailing from Leicester.
Formed in 1966, Family was known for having an ever-changing lineup of band members, something which led to their albums sounding increasingly different with each new release; you could argue that the band incorporate styles as eclectic as folk, jazz, acid, and psychedelic, but most simply umbrella them as a rock and roll band. After finding success here in the UK, the band split in 1973, and it seemed Family's journey was over. But, to fan's glee, they returned in 2013 and returned for more shows in 2014 and 2015.
