Fear Factory are an American industrial metal band from Los Angeles, California. The line-up currently consists of lead vocalist Milo Silvestro, guitarist Dino Cazares, bassist Tony Campos and drummer Pete Weber. Previous members include Burton C. Bell, Raymond Herrera, Christian Olde Wolbers, and Byron Stroud, among others.
Formed in 1989, the band released their debut album, ‘Soul of a New Machine’, in 1992, followed by ‘Demanufacture’ in 1995, ‘Obsolete’ in 1998, and ‘Digimortal’ in 2001, before the band disbanded in 2002. They reformed a year later with a new line-up, releasing ‘Archetype’ in 2004, then ‘Transgression’ in 2005, before going on hiatus as the band members worked on other projects. They returned in 2010 with ‘Mechanize’, followed by ‘The Industrialist’ in 2012, 'Genexus' in 2015 and 'Aggression Continuum' in 2021. Fear Factory have announced a co-headlining North American tour with Lacuna Coil for October 2023. Following that, they'll return to Europe for the extensive DisrupTour, which begins with shows in the UK and Ireland before stops across mainland Europe.
