Frankie & The Heartstrings are an English indie-rock outfit hailing from Sunderland. Formed in just 2008, the band quickly made a name for themselves in the UK, releasing a seven-track live EP via their own Pop Sex LTD label back in 2009. They went on to tour with the likes of Florence & the Machine.

Consisting of frontman Frankie Francis, alongside Steven Dennis, Dave Harper, Michael McKnight, and Mick Ross, the band released their debut album ‘Hunger’ in 2011, and peaked at #32 in the UK Albums chart. 2013 saw its follow-up, 'The Days Run Away', hitting shelves.

Frankie & The Heartstrings made their return in 2015, with brand new record 'Decency' and a UK tour in May. The band have announced tour dates for March 2016. For more information on tickets check out Stereoboard.
