John Grant is a singer-songwriter from Buchanan, Michigan.
Starting his music career in 1994 as a member of The Czars, they released five albums before splitting in 2004. He went on to launch his solo career in 2010, releasing his first solo album, ‘Queen of Denmark’, the same year. He has since put out a further five records to date, including his 2014 live LP with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, and his most recent studio serving, 2021's 'Boy From Michigan'. He has also collaborated with the likes of Robbie Williams, CMAT, Elbow, Kylie Minogue, Elton John, Goldfrapp, Midlake and Sinéad O'Connor. His seventh album, 'The Art Of The Lie', is due to arrive in June 2024. John Grant will stop off in the UK and Ireland in October 2024, as part of a wider autumn European tour.
