Julien Baker is a singer-songwriter from Germantown, Tennessee.
Starting her music career in 2010 as a member of the band Forrister, she released her debut solo album, ‘Sprained Ankle’, in 2015. Since then, she has put out a further two albums in the shape of 2017's 'Turn Out the Lights' and, most recently, 'Little Oblivions' in 2021. In addition to this, she is also part of the project Boygenius alongside Lucy Dacus and Phoebe Bridgers, who have gained an enormous cult following across the world. They put out their debut album 'The Record' in 2023, which won them three Grammys. She has also collaborated with the likes of Hayley Williams, Touché Amore, Frightened Rabbit, Turnstile, Sharon Van Etten and Angel Olsen.
