Kelly Rowland is a singer and actress from Atlanta, Georgia.
She shot to fame in the 1990s as a member of Destiny's Child, alongside Beyoncé Knowles and Michelle Williams, where they became one of the best-selling girl groups of all time. Destiny's Child went on hiatus in 2001, with Kelly going on to release her debut solo album, 'Simply Deep', the following year. The LP contained the single Dilemma, which hit the #1 spot across the world and remains an iconic R&B anthem to this day. The group reformed in 2004, before splitting two years later. She has since gone on to put out a further three solo albums, with the most recent being 'Talk A Good Game' in 2013, and has had a string of successful singles including Work, Down For Whatever and When Love Takes Over. Her efforts have earned her countless awards and accolades, including five Grammys, and she is also recognised for being a judge on TV singing talent shows including The X Factor UK, The X Factor USA, Chasing Destiny and The Voice Australia.
