Kesha is a singer-songwriter from Los Angeles, California.

Starting her music career in 2005, she initially worked behind the scenes, writing tracks for other singers and rappers, but was catapulted to stardom in 2008 after featuring on Flo Rida’s chart-topping hit Right Round.

She went on to release her debut album 'Animal' in 2010, which included hits such as TiKToK, Your Love Is My Drug and Blah Blah Blah. Her single Cannibal—which appeared on the expanded edition of the album—also had a second surge in popularity in 2020, when it became a hugely popular viral trend on the social platform TikTok. She has since gone on to put out a further four albums including, most recently, 'Gag Order' in 2023.

She has received countless awards and accolades over the course of her career, including two Grammy nominations.
