Knife Party is an Australian dance music duo based in Perth. Formed in 2011 out of the ashes of Pendulum's live outfit (Pendulum still play DJ sets, however), it consists of Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen.
Moving away from their drum and bass-orientated past, Knife Party sees Swire and McGrillen taking on a more mainstream, EDM/brostep sound, and have found a lot of commercial success thanks to it. Their long-awaited debut album, 'Abandon Ship', hit shelves in November 2014 - catch them playing a special Halloween show at London's O2 Academy Brixton in 2015!
