Louis Hoover grew up in Willesden in North London during the '60s. Inspired by Frank Sinatra in his teens, Hoover would go on to leave TV roles behind for a career in music, joining the Wall Street Crash.
Also doing his own solo shows at clubs, Hoover would eventually come up with a Frank Sinatra tribute act, and following the star's death, he was asked to design an official show - and he created 'The Rat Pack musical.
