Matt Pryor is an American indie-rock singer-songwriter and musician from Lawrence, Kansas.
Starting his music career in 1994, in Secret Decoder Ring, he formed The Get Up Kids in 1995 and has released five albums with the band including ‘Something to Write Home About’ in 1999. He also created music with bands such as Reggie and the Full Kids and The New Amsterdams. He released his debut album 'Confidence Man' in 2008, followed by ‘May Day’ and ‘Still, There's a Light’ in 2012, 'Wrist Slitter', in 2013 and ‘Nine Forty Live’ in 2014. He is set to release his latest album, ‘Memento Mori', which is due to arrive on February 17 via Equal Vision Records and Rory Records.
