Melissa Etheridge is an American singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Leavenworth, Kansas.

Born in 1961, she is one of the world's most respected female rockers, known for her heartland rock sound.

A two-time winner of the Best Female Rock Vocal Performance Grammy Award and a multiple Grammy nominee, Etheridge has sold millions of albums worldwide and boasts multi-platinum records too.

Her latest studio record, 'One Way Out', was released in 2021. In 2023, she dropped the live album, 'Beautiful Day' (Live Foxboro 93)'.

During 2022 and 2023, she spent most of her time performing the Broadway solo show, My Window – A Journey Through Life, at New York City’s Square Theatre. The theatrical production centred on storytelling and music, chronicling Etheridge’s childhood in Kansas and her rise to fame in the late '80s.

In summer 2023, she released the 'On Broadway' EP, which included a new song, Here I Am Again, and Etheridge's official recording of the bootlegged Juliet.
