Perhaps best known as the frontman of The Pale Fountains, the band released two albums together before splitting in 1987. He has since gone on to form several other projects, notably including the band Shack, with whom he recorded five albums. His most recent serving under the Michael Head & The Red Elastic Band moniker, 'Loophole', arrived in 2024, following 2022's 'Dear Scott'.
