Michael Nau is a singer songwriter from Maryland. Starting his music career 2004 as a member of Page France, the band released three albums, before disbanding in 2008. Nau went on to form Cotton Jones, who released three albums.
After spending a long time writing, re-writing, and cutting new songs, Nau put out 'Mowing' in 2016, his debut solo album. It, and its standout single Love Survive were viewed as commercial and critical successes for Nau, having landed him newfound attention both in America and abroad. Nau tried not to wait so long for the release of 'Some Twist', which dropped in June 2017, again to much success and even an extension EP, 'The Load'. Back in 2018, Nau and his band The Mighty Thread will put out an eponymous record on August 3 via Full Time Hobby, accompanied by September UK/European tour dates.
