Patty Griffin is an American singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Old Town, Maine. Born in 1964, she would first emerge in the early 1990s, and went on to put out her debut album, 'Living with Ghosts', in 1996.
Known for her stripped-back Americana and folk music, Patty Griffin has picked up awards, TV/film soundtrack credits, and higher chart positions along the way. Griffin releases 'Servant of Love', her tenth album, in Europe and the UK in September 2015, and played a lengthy Ireland tour in January, including Gateshead, Belfast and Milton Keynes.
